Rendaero, Inc. ("Rendaero," "we," "us") is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. We provide direct-mail automation software for home-services operators, including aerial property qualification, AI-rendered postcard creative, and USPS fulfillment.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email, phone number, company, and billing information. We use this to provision the service, bill you, and reach you about your account.
When you run campaigns, we process the addresses, parcel data, satellite and street-view imagery, and AI-rendered images we generate on your behalf. Campaign metadata (delivery status, QR scans, lead conversions) is stored to power your dashboard and attribution reporting.
Like most SaaS products, we collect logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) and product analytics (pages viewed, features used). We use a small number of first-party cookies and a session token to keep you signed in.
When you submit our contact form, we store the name, email, phone, and message you provide so we can respond. We do not sell, rent, or trade these submissions.
We share data with vendors who help us run the service, under written agreements that limit their use to what we've authorized:
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We will only disclose information to law enforcement when compelled by valid legal process, and we will notify you when permitted to do so.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@rendaero.com. We respond within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Campaign artifacts (renders, lists, delivery logs) are retained for 36 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Rendaero is a B2B product not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We'll post any material changes to this page and notify account admins via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
